Slow Down
Now that summer is here, I hope that everyone will take the time to slow down. So many of us are going 100 miles an hour all the time, working in our business. That doesn't leave enough time to work on your business, and if it's a family business, you also need to take the time to work on your family.
Everything feels like it's moving at hyper speed these days, post-Covid. So many changes, it can be hard to keep track of everything. Sometimes that's a sign that you need to take a break and get off the treadmill for a bit and breathe and look around, before getting back on again.

I always meet so many great peple who work in this ecosystem, and I am sure to do so again this year.
Ever since I had my calling to work with families facing the challenges of transitioning their business to the next generation, I’ve found a wonderful kinship with others who work at guiding families towards this same goal.
