Three Benefits of the Accountability Chart

I've seen three distinct advantages or benefits with the Accountability Chart. Once the Accountability Chart is implemented for a company, you can start enjoying benefits such as, first of all, clarity.

Because the Accountability Chart is there, and it's developed and the people know exactly what their roles are - how they are accountable and who they are accountable for, and each person is accountable to only one person for a specific role - that clarity brings peace, it brings teamwork, it brings all wonderful things so that people can get on with their jobs, enjoy their jobs and bring great results.

So the first thing is that clarity is incredible. The second thing I've seen is that as the company grows and there's evolution happening, it's really easy to adapt the Accountability Chart. So it's flexible, it's adaptable. You can easily add in another position or another seat. You can easily adjust roles as people change their roles and you can adjust that on the Accountability Chart. And it keeps that clarity from before because as you evolve, you want to keep the clarity and you want to go forward.

The third distinct benefit that I've seen is scalability. If the company grows and if it grows fast, it's easy to adjust the Accountability Chart, to scale certain roles, to scale certain boxes, to scale whole new departments and put that into the Accountability Chart so that you can evolve and grow and as you scale with the big growth. But then also when there's a downturn in the economy or there's a change in the company and you have to scale back, it is simple to simply scale back certain roles, certain boxes, bring the Accountability Chart to a clear place again so that you keep that clarity. 

So there you have it, three distinct benefits that I see from the Accountability Chart: The first is clarity, the second is adaptability and the third is scalability
