Pride in Who We Are
At face value, unseen follows Pedro’s story as he pursues his dreams to become a social worker against all odds. But peel back the layers, and you find many underlying themes within Pedro’s journey. One of which might be (spoiler alert): living one’s life as authentically as possible.
On the heels of Immigrant Heritage Month and LGBTQIA+ Pride Month in June, we celebrate Disability Pride this month of July. As we share unseen in the festival circuit, we are humbled by how audiences have responded to our film – particularly the reflections it presents on what it means to live fully and authentically.
