Over the weekend, we celebrated my son's 25th birthday, and it was a fantastic gathering with all my loved ones, including my adorable 10 days old granddaughter, angel Milana:)).

In terms of the real estate market, it has remained stable this week with no significant fluctuations. However, I am pleased to inform you that we successfully leased one condo apartment and one commercial unit, and we also finalized a sale.
