The data you provide will be used for research and planning purposes by the Open University Students Association. The raw data will be seen and processed only by the Open University Students Association. Data will be dealt with confidentially and will be anonymised in any published reports. We may use the data in an anonymised format to provide demographic analysis of subscribers to inform the planning of future similar events. All personal data collected will be deleted following completion of the Freshers evaluation in April 2024, and no later than one year after the event. Data will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy. ​
