Rondo CLT's 30th Anniversary Block Party - July 22nd!
We are less than a week away from our Block Party! As you know, Rondo CLT is turning 30 and we want to invite you to celebrate with us. On July 22, from 1-4pm, we will celebrate Rondo CLT “block party style” with food trucks, live musical performances, and interactive community art projects. The first 150 attendees will receive a free food ticket for West Indies Soul Food and Jones N' Your Bones BBQ! This is a family-friendly event so bring your kids!
Updates at Rondo CLT's Headquarters
We are excited to share that our building has a new and improved look! After weeks deliberating what color to go with we landed with white and black - we hope you agree it looks pretty good.

We'd also like to share that Addie Backhus, our Executive Assistant, has had a title change. She is now our Operations Specialist!
NDC Plan it! Registration Reminder

Just a reminder that registration for NDC's Plan It! Entrepreneur training closes July 29th. Through participating in this program, emerging entrepreneurs will spend 15 weeks working with trainers to learn the fundamentals of running a business & developing a solid business plan. This will be the 14th cohort we have partnered with NDC on and are excited about the continued opportunity we have to support small businesses through this program. To sign up for the next course, which runs from Aug. 31- Dec. 7, click here
Welcome New Rondo CLT Board Members:

On June 22nd we hosted our Annual Meeting. It was a nice opportunity to reconnect with leaseholders, share our accomplishments over the last year, and seat new board members. We are excited to welcome 3 new members to our board: Brooke Blakey (Director of the Office of Neighborhood Safety), Krystal D'Alencar (Leaseholder and Minnesota Environmental Justice Table), and Jessica James (Residential Loan Officer at Associated Banks).
Please Consider Supporting our Work

Rondo CLT builds community wealth and neighborhood stability through the development and stewardship of perpetually affordable homeownership opportunities, rental housing, commercial space, and other community assets.

Each new property that enters the community land trust starts a cycle of affordability for generations of low to moderate income earning families and local small business owners. Your donation makes all of this possible. Thank you.
