Sync Updates: Intuitive Speaker Navigation, Focused Editing, Polished Transcription

We are pleased to announce that Sync has undergone several feature upgrades in the last two weeks to streamline your workflow and enhance your editing experience.
1. Intuitive Speaker Navigation: Our analytics showed that many users added the speaker's name to the subtitle and wanted it visible only when the speaker changed. Leveraging our automatic speaker detection technology, we have added an intuitive navigation feature that enables you to effortlessly jump to segments where the speaker changes. Customize your experience by setting a shortcut for this feature, as demonstrated in the accompanying image.
2. Focused Single Column Mode: In response to user feedback for a distraction-free editing environment, we have introduced the Single Column Mode in the Subtitle Editor. This feature allows you to hide the source column, so you can concentrate solely on the target column. This is designed to enhance focus and productivity and is enabled by default for Sync results.
3. Refined English Transcriptions with Disfluency Removal: To elevate the quality of English transcriptions, we have introduced a disfluency removal feature. This tool automatically filters out common disfluencies such as "uh" and "um", resulting in cleaner and more professional transcripts. If you need disfluency removal in another language, please provide examples and contact us.

Subtitle History Navigation: Easy Access to Edited Subtitles and Restoration

Our recent update in Project View introduces an exciting feature, the Subtitle History Navigation. Previously, while we did provide edited subtitle versions, the ability to view or revert to older versions was unavailable. We've now enhanced this by introducing the Subtitle History modal.
Accessible with a simple click on any version, the modal provides a clear view of changes made, including lines added or removed compared to the previous version. The real game-changer? You can now easily restore any selected version that best suits your requirements. No more worries about losing preferred edits, giving you the power to make changes with confidence.

Enhanced Run Failure Prevention: Real-Time Credit and Spending Limit Alerts
|
|
While we previously informed users about the cost of tasks through various methods, we could only notify them of task failure when their available credits were insufficient or they exceeded their monthly spending limit. To address this, we've implemented an improvement.
Now, by considering factors(e.g., the length of file content, the number of target languages), we prevent the operation from running in the first place if it will result in insufficient credit or exceed the monthly spending limit. Instead, we provide a call-to-action, suggesting users to increase their credit limit or adjust their spending cap for uninterrupted service.
