And the Happy Tails from their new homes???
This is the BEST part!
Koko was one of six puppies that transported up north in January.
"I wanted to let you know that I adopted one of your sweet pups from Georgia about three weeks ago. Her name is now Biscuit; she has a ‘big’ brother named Choppe;, and we are already so in love with her. Thank you for rescuing her. I can assure you she is going to have a wonderful life here. Please feel free to check in anytime."
Thank you Sue Adams for fostering Koko and the rest of the litter.

"My name is Julia and I adopted Bear yesterday up in Cape Ann, Maine. We just recently had to put down our dog of 14 years and although he will always hold a special place in our hearts, we felt it was time ... and Bear has been amazing. Her new name is 'Emma' and she fits right in. My friend and I took her for a long walk yesterday and she enjoyed it."
Thank you to foster Mom, Yolanda Sanchez.
BEAR
"Happy Memorial Day! I want you to know that yesterday I signed the final papers to adopt Zoey. She is an absolute joy! I picked her up the day after she was spayed. It was nice to have some background on her. Obviously, in spite of being a stray, she has had a good life. That and her amazing little personality is going to make her my new best friend. She is making friends with everyone in the neighborhood she meets while on her walks. Thank you for your care and for sending her up north to me."
Thank you to foster parents Bud and Claudia Jessup.
ZOEY
Daisy was adopted a few weeks back after being transported to Bangor, Maine. She was the last puppy of eight that we trapped from an industrial area in Cornelia. She was about 12 weeks old and very scared. We placed her with a wonderful foster family and they helped her overcome her fears. She found her best life with her new family in Bangor!
Thank you Ashley Chidester and family for helping little Daisy.
