North Commons Park Turns into an Epic Nine Hole Golf Course
As a warm up for the 3M Open, Viictory and First Tee – Minnesota invite you to this one-of-a-kind, 9-hole golf tournament for kids! This FREE event combines the game of golf with great music, the world’s best ice cream, inflatables, t-shirts, golf clubs, and more. Families of the first 50 kids to register (and participate) will receive a free ticket to the 3M Open. Kids get into the 3M Open free!

Tuesday, July 25, 2023: Game Changer Clinic - 10:30 to 11:30 AM The 3rd Annual Game Changer Clinic kicks off a full day at the 3M Open. The clinic is followed by lunch sponsored by Huntington Bank and then Golf 4 All Day, a celebration that is one part golf, one part state fair, and a ton of fun. The Long Putt Challenge (see below) will be unveiled at FanHub on Tuesday afternoon. First Tee - Minnesota will provide transportation from Highland National's First Tee building (located near the driving range) in St. Paul and at Jerry Gamble's Boy & Girls Club in North Minneapolis. Buses depart at 9:30 AM and will return at 4 PM. To reserve a spot, email us at info@firstteeminnesota.org. Space is limited.
July 25 -July 30: The Long Putt Challenge @ FanHub New this year, 3M created a replica of the TPC Twin Cities' iconic 18th hole green. Every time you make the long putt, 3M donates $100 to First Tee - Minnesota. There are lots of other interactive golf-related activities not to be missed at FanHub, which is open Tuesday through Sunday of the 3M Open. For tickets, click the 3M ticket link below.
July 26 at 6 PM: 3M Open Compass Skills Competition at the Driving Range Remember Big Break on the Golf Channel? In this competition, each of the four teams are comprised of a golf pro, an athlete, a celebrity and a First Tee – Minnesota golfer. Spectators are welcome to catch the fun at 6 PM at the practice range.
July 27 - 30: Stop by First Tee - Minnesota's Massive Hitting Cage! Located at Fan Village at the 3M Open, your kids can swing away as they imagine themselves hitting an approach shot—over the water—at 18!
