Service Design is often misunderstood as a front stage approach towards improving the user experience! But - no front-stage without back-stage, it is all about strategy, culture, structure and processes. And - most of all - about people! Service Design brings substantial contributions to innovation of these backstage challenges - and to employee journeys!

I am delighted to share with you this upcoming issue of Touchpoint Vol. 14. No. 1! It will shed light on ‘The Employee Journey’.

Employee happiness, as well as the efficiency and setting in which they work, invariably influence how end users perceive a service, in large and small ways.
