Aug. 15 is FINAL tax data deadline
for S-Corps & Partnerships
& their owners
If you still need to get us your 2022 tax data, please do so by the following dates, to ensure timely filing of your tax returns by the IRS extension deadlines. Late data may incur rush charges.
> Tuesday, August 15th: Data due for S-Corps and Partnerships and their owners' personal returns.
> Friday, September 15th: Data due for personal returns with only Schedule C and/or E businesses, or owners whose business return was previously filed.

Upload your 2022 5498s to SmartVault
Confusingly, over the summer months, IRA and HSA custodians mail out Forms 5498 for Tax Year 2022. These are not tax forms that are needed to file your 2022 return. In fact, they reflect contributions to IRAs and HSAs that may be made as late as the April 2023 filing deadline, so banks and custodians start sending them out in May.
Unless you notice the numbers don't match reality (then let us know!), these forms are just to keep for your records. For your convenience, you may upload them to your TY2022 SmartVault (they belong with your personal tax data), so that all your tax forms are stored in one place.
