Beryne Odeny, MD, MPH, PhD, recently joined the Division of Public Health Sciences as an assistant professor of surgery. She specializes in research concerning implementation science, global health policy, health disparities, health equity, HIV/TB, maternal child health and adolescent health in HIV. Learn more about Dr. Odeny.

Sarah Burack, public health coordinator in Hunleth’s lab, received a 1-year Fulbright Fellowship to carry out an ethnographic study on tradition and modernity amongst gold and silver smiths in Nepal. 

Lisa Klesges, PhD, MS has been appointed to a 3 year term as a member of the Behavioral Medicine Research Council. 

Three team grants in which Siteman Biostatistics Shared Resource are involved, have been funded:
