Dear friends,

This Sunday is the Feast of the Transfiguration. In the Gospel reading, Jesus takes Peter, James and John up to the mountain top and there he is Transfigured in their sight. For a brief moment the three disciples glimpse the divine nature of Christ shining brilliantly though his earthly body. At every mass when we receive the Body of Christ in the form of humble bread, we too partake of God's Glory.  Click here for the Scripture Readings.

Bring and Share Lunch

Ghana Appeal 2023
We are aiming to support the building of teachers’ accommodation in rural Ghana. The Diocese of Mampong Ashanti has recently built a new school in the village of Didaso but teachers will have to sleep outside on the school porches. Two-bedroom houses will cost £3,000 each to build and we would like to sponsor the building of one house. Please give generously! To donate, please speak to Fr. James or follow this link.

Works in Church
The repairs to the cracks and restoration of the interior of the church is progressing well but the church is now full of scaffolding. Mass on Sundays will be outside on the courtyard just as we were during Covid. Please come and fill the air with singing in a powerful witness to our faith. The works are due to finish by the end of August.

Please give regularly!
Giving regularly supports our ministry and keeps the doors open everyday of the year for all. It is particularly important at the moment when the church is closed and our visitor donations have vanished.  If you are a UK taxpayer then we can also claim gift aid and increase your donation. If you feel that our church life feeds your faith then please support us Click here to sign up. Every little helps....
