Countersteering
A fact of life for motorcyclists. The physics of it can seem counter-intuitive, you push the handlebars right to go right, left to go left, but it's how a bike gets round a corner. Motojitsu shows how and why it works here, from 5mph to over the legal speed limit.

No gain without pain?
Motorcycling can have many of us making a hot bath a top priority after a long ride. Aches and pains during a ride can creep in for any number of reasons. These simple stretches done regularly can help alleviate the problem - and maybe work off a few calories from the inevitable café stops...

Would you like to lead a group run or tour?
Do you have a favourite destination, route or café? If you'd like to lead a run or overnight trip, simply contact Roger Lancaster with your idea. Roger will run through the itinerary to ensure necessary safety issues are in place.

A message from Roger: "Many members lead rides throughout the year, including the groups of four riders on our Training & Social Ride each month. To these valiant people I reach out to you to organise a run during this year; they are always a very popular event. I can be contacted on roger.lancaster@ntlworld.com or 07740 779224."
