Happy summer, SWE GGS Members!
We are excited to start FY24 with you! Happening soon is a virtual panel with executive women in Payments. Also, we are seeking applications for the Scholarship Awards Banquet Chair on our leadership team.

TEK Systems Executive Women in Payments Panel
The Executive Women in Payments Panel aims to provide a platform for sharing experiences, fostering networking opportunities, and inspiring career growth for women in the payments field. The panel discussion will cover various topics, including industry trends, sustainable finance, female advocacy & mentorship, and how to build and retain diverse teams. Panelists include:
- Phyliss Woodruff - Vice President IT Risk and Compliance, Global Payments
- Nisha Paliwal – Managing Vice President Data and Machine Learning, Capital One
- Leah Farmer – Fintech and Payments Product Leader, Yabie
- Sophie Rainford - Vice President Industry Engagement, American Express
- Marilyn McDonald – Senior Vice President Digital Commercial and Medical Payments at Modern
