UC Davis Health’s Digital Health Equity Program is improving health among people who are historically vulnerable and underserved through a paradigm shift from waiting for people to come for help, to seeking and connecting people to healthcare where they live and work.

The event will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will include free lunch, free school supplies and crafts and other activities. Community organizations focused on resources for individuals with autism, ADHD, fragile X syndrome and other neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families will be there to share information.
Back-to-school is always a time met with mixed emotions, especially for the growing numbers of youth that struggle with feelings of anxiety and depression. Join this 4-session learning collaborative designed to enhance participants' understanding of the factors influencing COVID-19 impact and health disparities, while promoting easy ways to enhance well-being and resilience among community health outreach workers. The learning collaborative will be interactive and will include group discussions, and practical exercises. By the end of the program, participants will gain a deeper understanding of COVID-19 vulnerabilities, develop strategies for well-being and resilience, and be better equipped to support individuals and families impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
