Invitation from OLLI Book Club for Author Lynn Cullen Presentation
OLLI’s Next Chapter book club invites OLLI at Emory current members to a FREE OLLI presentation by author Lynn Cullen on, Wednesday, August 16th 11:15-12:45. Registration is required, because there are limited seats in the classroom. Lynn is a successful author of seven novels, she will discuss her most recent historical fiction, “The Woman with the Cure”.  It was just released this past February.

Next Chapter is one of four book clubs offered through OLLI.  We meet every second Friday 1:00-2:30pm, in the classroom only.  Books we look forward to reading and discussing in the Fall are: “Hello Beautiful”, “When Breath Becomes Air”, “Slow Horses”, “Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow” and “Demon Copperhead”.

But as the family settles into their new accommodations, demonic spirits from the hotel’s past begin to take hold of Jack as he becomes a vessel for their murderous intents.  - It’s Not Easy Being Green…land! (Jeff Milsteen) - Join Jeff Milsteen for a captivating journey through its fascinating history, politics, and the challenges posed by climate change. Illustrated with stunning photographs from his recent trip, explore this remote and breathtaking land like never before.

3. 1PM - 2:30PM Learn how Asa Candler's vision turned the original creation by John Pemberton into a modern powerhouse.
