๐ŸŒž Rain or shine, always a good time! ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

Thanks to our dedicated shoppers who braved the elements to have fun at CFM's Season Finale last week. Turnout was good considering the downpour, and the mood was upbeat with music, art, a cooking demo, smiles, and the best food money can buy.

Big thanks for making CFM's 20th season a historic smash hit!

We've grown in ways that set us up for an even brighter future. This season, we...

๐Ÿ›’ Hosted over 20 vendors, adding more farms and prepared food options than last year.

๐ŸŽ Enhanced local food access by becoming authorized to accept SNAP/EBT, and continued other food programs.

๐ŸŽถ Expanded arts programming and increased musician pay. We hosted over 25 live music acts, and each week we presented hands-on art activities to people of all ages, led by CFM artist & mentor Joe Lee Davidson, and other guest artists.

๐Ÿ‘ช Increased participation in PoP Kids Club, offering weekly activities and $2 tokens to over 200 children, putting over $1,000 into the pockets of local farmers.

๐Ÿคฒ Nearly doubled Community Spotlight Booth participation, hosting more than 40 appearances by local non-profits & businesses.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Substantially increased sales, particularly sales of produce and farm goods.

๐Ÿ† Shattered our all-time one-day vendor sales record multiple times this season.

๐Ÿ“ฑ Nearly tripled our social media reach and engagement on Facebook and Instagram.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Boosted revenue without raising vendor fees, thanks to arts & community grants, donors, and sponsors.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ Welcomed Carnation resident Sara Hughes as our Enrichment Activities Coordinator. In the off-season, she will be planning more new & exciting offerings for 2024.

Carnation Farmers Market
Success isn't free, and as a nonprofit charity, every bit counts. Hosting more vendors and shoppers means more fun, but also more costs. CFM is more than a market; it's your hub for essential food, culture, and those tight-knit community vibes.

If you love your community, please chip in to keep the good food and the good times flowing. Small acts make a big splash. Donate on our Washington Gives page, or check out our website for other ways to help.
Big shout-outs to these dedicated vendors & guests who strengthen the market with a dependable presence. We're all in this together, and the more we can gather as a community, the more rewards we reap!

Stay Connected With CFM in the Off-Season

We work year-round to keep the market thriving! Stay tuned for news and events.

Carnation Farmers Market is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization. To continue serving the community, we depend on the year-round support of volunteers, sponsors, and individual donors. The off-season is a great time to begin supporting our work in these ways. Join us!

Carnation Farmers Market supports the Snoqualmie Tribe Ancestral Lands Movement: We acknowledge that our market operates on the Indigenous Land of Coast Salish peoples who have sovereign, inherent Tribal rights to this land, specifically the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe (sdukสทalbixสท).  We thank these caretakers of this land who have lived and continue to live here since time immemorial.
How do I honor the land and those who live here?
  • Be mindful: Respect the land by picking up after yourself and your pets, and stick to designated trails.
  • Adopt an attitude of reverence: Engage with the land mindfully, appreciating its natural balance, rather than seeking to conquer it.
  • Educate yourself: Learn more about the Snoqualmie Tribe, their history, and present-day practices.
  • Acknowledge the land: Recognize that you are enjoying time on Snoqualmie ancestral lands, in both word and action.
  • Spread the word: Encourage others to learn more about the land and acknowledge its sacred significance to the tribe(s).

Our market would not be possible without the support of our sponsors. Check out these trusted local businesses and organizations:
