Hi Dear Ones,

As we move into the season of Autumn's abundance and change, things are beginning to shift in the Yoga-verse. No longer are classes (and participants) being pigeon holed as beginner, intermediate and advanced based on physical abilities alone. That’s not what yoga is about. Yoga is self-care for our Whole Being…. 

Fortunately, the Yoga-verse is becoming less limiting in their perspective of the practice. Now more diverse and less physically stereotypical classes are becoming available. Breath centered and trauma informed  practices are becoming more sought after. We could all benefit from yoga that supports the well-being of our Nervous Systems in the 21st century. 

Who would have ever thought Bloom 😉was a pioneer in the returning of the “Heart 💗of Yoga”.  We have shared gentle, mindful accessible yoga for many years and continue to evolve in our discoveries and relationship with the “Practice of Yoga”.  Who would have known a yoga practice can be gentle while also deeply beneficial in many ways. Hopefully studios and fitness centers are reevaluating how they title and describe their classes. With all the discussion over the last 10 years about trauma, hypermobility, injuries, accessibility, etc. you’d think that it would be almost universal – however, not yet. 

At Bloom our purpose is to meet you as the “whole person” you already are and share the aspects of yoga that will best serve you. A priority for us is focusing on a breath centered practice.  This  includes guiding a mindfully interoceptive experience with breath-centric movements complimented by structural breathing. If you haven’t practiced with us ever or since 2020, we hope we’ve peaked your curiosity 😉🥰😊.  Those who have been with us since 2020, please share how you have benefitted and grown from your yoga practice at Bloom. Hopefully we’ll meet you on the mat soon as we continue to prioritize developing Back, Hip & Belly health.

We have just completed another season of Yoga On The Beach 🏖️ at Canoe Creek State Park… affectionately known as YOB 😊. 

Each YOB touches our hearts and souls with Your Presence 💗. The Park appreciates us all “Being” there too. We plan to continue next year with the twice per month format.

Thank you for your generous contributions even when I regularly forgot to post reminders.  Together we raised $630 for youth nature education programs at the park!!!

Free Mindfulness Meditation Hour will be offered every Sunday during the Fall beginning on Sunday, September 10th.

For those interested in beginning or nurturing their meditation practice, Koelle or Tony share a guided meditation followed by group discussion.

Most Sundays 9-10:00am. Preregistration is required. Please contact:
