We are now booking 2023 Tax-Planning Review Meetings in October, November or December.

Keep in mind that your Review Worksheet and bookkeeping data for the prior month must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your meeting.

Base Prices for Billable Meetings:

  • $450 for one corporation/partnership, one owner. Add $150 for each additional owner or entity.
  • $325 for one Schedule C business or Schedule E rental or calculating gain on sale of property.
  • $250 for an individual/household with no business/rental.

Sept. 15th is FINAL tax data deadline
for individual returns


If you still need to get us your 2022 individual tax data, now is the time to act to ensure timely filing by the IRS extension deadline of Oct. 15th. There are no further extensions available.

> Friday, September 15th is the data due date for personal returns with only Schedule C and/or E businesses, or owners whose business return was previously filed.

Since this is the end of the workweek, your data needs to be uploaded to your SmartVault client portal, brought into our office, or dropped in our exterior dropbox by 9 a.m. on Monday, September 18th, to be "on time." Late data may incur rush charges.

If you use SmartVault, remember to tell us when you're DONE uploading!
