- Welcome from the Department Chair Dr. Don Lafreniere:
- Welcome to the fall 2023 semester! It is a pleasure to see the department buzzing again with faculty and students getting ready for another academic year. We welcome 10+ new undergraduate students to the department this fall and 23 new graduate students, including our first cohort of MS in Sustainable Communities students. We also welcome Bri Tucker who joined the department over the summer as our new Manager of Sustainability Projects & Outreach.
- I wish everyone a great first couple weeks of the year and I look forward to meeting all the new faces (and reconnecting with the old ones) at our department welcome BBQ on September 15 @ 5:30pm at Hancock Beach (details forthcoming).
