Lethbridge Family Services: Healing Journey
Friday mornings
Sep 15th to Dec 8th, 2023
9:00 am–11:30 am
In partnership with Alberta Health Services Mental Health and Addiction, this 12-week counselling group is for adults who experienced abuse and trauma as children and are struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns.
The therapy group will:
- Focus on the effects of trauma and ways to foster resilience in each person’s journey.
- Provide opportunities for participants to explore and connect to themselves through therapeutic and expressive arts activities.
- Provide a supportive environment for participants to learn about themselves through their own personal process and by sharing experiences with one another.

SAVE THE DATE! Family Centre is excited to announce the 2nd Annual Wine & Cheese Fundraiser at the Galt Museum & Archives on November 16, 2023 from 7:00-10:00pm. All proceeds will benefit Family Centre programs & services.

Nine awards will be presented to individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations. Nominations are assessed based on volunteerism, philanthropy, innovation and outstanding service.
