2.  Discount Registration for What Can You Be with a PhD? Ends Soon

What Can You Be with a PhD? is the nation's largest career symposium, convened every other year by NYU’s Grossman School of Medicine. Stony Brook is a sponsor, which allows SBU grad students and postdocs to register for a discounted rate of $10/person for both days.

Our team in the Graduate School is recruiting for a brand new position: Assistant Director for External Fellowships! 

This position is a chance to work with undergrads, grad students, and postdocs on developing their skills in grant and proposal writing for nationally competitive fellowships and awards. The position is located in Graduate and Postdoctoral Professional Development in the Graduate School, and this would be a great opportunity for someone with a background in applying for academic fellowships and grants and interested in professional development.
