“Mystery at the Mansion” at Former Governors' Mansion State Historic Site

BISMARCK, N.D. – Step back in time to the 1920s when you attend “Mystery at the Mansion,” a murder mystery party game at the Former Governors’ Mansion State Historic Site, Bismarck. Two separate events are scheduled for Friday, Oct. 27, and Saturday, Oct. 28, from 7 to 10 p.m.

Come as your assigned character, dressed to the nines in the fashion of the time. Help solve the murder of Henry Westfied, a wealthy jewelry designer believed to have had no enemies. Attend the showing of his jewelry collection in his home, hosted by his niece to honor his memory. Question the other guests for clues to help solve the crime. Prior to the event, participants will be emailed their character information and clues surrounding the murder.

“Mystery at the Mansion” is for those ages 21 and up. The event will include a cash bar, and light appetizers will be served. Tickets are $25 and available to purchase at mystery-mansion.eventbrite.com.

The Former Governors’ Mansion, located at the corner of Fourth Street and Avenue B in Bismarck, is a state historic site managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Admission is free.
