SIFD Online dance session, Monday 12:45-3:30pm. See the program here. Dance list is also farther down in this email. You could have it open during the Zoom meeting to be able to refer to the list during the session.
All dances on the program are taught. (except for early requests and the last half hour)
Thanks to many of you who voted or sent in your requests!
Any requests that did not fit, are being saved for another "all requests & reviews"
session, when there are enough dances accumulated to fill the afternoon.

R.I.P Yves Moreau — 1948-2023
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Yves Moreau on September 8th 2023. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family and his loving wife France.
Our hearts are heavy and the emptiness will be immense, but we take comfort in knowing that he is no longer in pain and can now rest. We also cherish all the wonderful moments we had the chance to share with him.
Yves lived such an exciting and rich life, filled with discoveries, travels, extraordinary adventures, but above all, deep relationships that he forged in the four corners of the world through his love for folk dance and music. These sincere friendships and the passion he communicated to so many people will long survive him.
Renowned Bulgarian folklore specialist, he has made the culture of this country known and loved throughout the world for 60 years. Bulgaria loses one of its great ambassadors.
We will continue to live as he did: by remaining curious, being open to the world and enjoying all that life has to offer. As he himself said last June, on his 75th birthday: “The important thing is to be surrounded by the people you love and if possible, to keep dancing! »
Thanks for being part of his life and for your support in this challenging time.
