If you need information or support to access health and care services, our Information and Signposting Service is here to help.

In 2022-23 we supported 467 enquirers with their queries.

We offer a confidential service that is independent of the NHS and East Sussex County Council.

We can help you:

• Navigate health and social care services and support groups near you
• Get information about what you can do when you have concerns or a complaint
• Find out about advocacy services, safeguarding and patient rights
• Share feedback about services

• A new area for all our advice and information articles
• A brand-new guide to complaints
• An Easy Read Guide to our Information and Signposting service.

We will continually develop this area, and add new articles as they are published so, please check back regularly.

If there is information you would like to see which isn’t present, then let us know so we can develop articles that support local people. 

Information and Signposting Service Outreach Sessions

We also regularly hold Information and Signposting outreach sessions across East Sussex to meet our communities where they are and hear about people’s experiences of health and care.

We attend a variety of groups and venues, so if you see us whilst out and about, please do come and say “Hi” and ask a question or tell us your story.
