From 1st December 2022 - Changes to nhs.net email access requirements. Inactivity period prior to permanent, irrecoverable account deletion reduced from 180 days to 60 days.

The Annual General Meeting of Community Pharmacy Lincolnshire will take place on Thursday 21st September.

The Annual Report and Accounts are now available to review here, where you will also find the voting form for independent contractors.

If you have booked a place at the AGM we look forward to seeing you in person on the 21st September.

Community pharmacy technician: advancing your role programme launches 28th September 2023

Apply now to reserve your place

This new NHS England fully funded training programme will help pharmacy technicians develop the skills and confidence to deliver effective clinical services in community pharmacy. This is to ensure that they have the right post-registration training to enable confident, safe working practices and career development.

Launching on 28th September, up to 840 pharmacy technicians will be able to apply for the training.

Reminder: Lincolnshire ICB Independent Prescribing in Community Pharmacy Pathfinder Programme - Expression of Interest Deadline Monday 18th September

If you or one of your staff is a qualified Independent Prescriber, you may wish to express an interest by completing and submitting the electronic EOI form by close of play Monday 18 September 2023

The strategic aim of the Pathfinder programme is to develop a commissioning framework that will support the commissioning of independent prescribing as part of clinical services in community pharmacy. From September 2026 all newly qualified pharmacists will be independent prescribers on the first day of registration, and this presents an opportunity for NHS England to commission clinical services from community pharmacists.
