It’s the same every month!

Movie Event Debrief & Feedback:

We hope you enjoyed our recent Movie in the Park event! Your feedback is important to us, as it helps us make future events even better. We invite you to attend our upcoming meeting where you can share your thoughts and suggestions about the event. Additionally, if you have any exciting ideas for a different event in 2024, we'd love to hear them! Your input helps us create memorable experiences for our community. Join us and let's make our future events even more amazing together.

PBOT Presentation:

PBOT is planning two major projects that will impact our neighborhood streets and address high speed driving issues. NE San Rafael between 125th and 138th is expected to receive speed cushions (bumps with channels for emergency vehicles) while NE Sacramento will be home to a new neighborhood greenway between 122nd and 162nd. The neighborhood greenway project will reduce speeds and add wayfinding signs and pavement markings to connect the Parkrose Heights, Russell, and Wilkes neighborhoods. We are hosting a representative from PBOT to give more information on these projects and answer questions.

A huge thank you goes out to all of our neighbors, friends, and family who joined us on this perfect summer evening! We’re told there were 890 in attendance by the time the sun went down, a number none of us on the RNA could have dreamed of.

Thank you to DJ Shirley for providing movie soundtrack tunes until the sun went down, Morris Street Learning Garden for providing interactive kids activities, and Face Painting by Marie for her beautiful face painting creations!
