The school year has arrived, and after a summer of planning, SIMC is excited to unveil our planned activities for this school year! Here’s a rundown of our upcoming events:
[HM/B/S]MT TST, remote on Sunday, September 10 from 4-5PM PST. This will decide the in-person teams SIMC sends to BMT in November, HMMT in February, and SMT in April! Mark your calendars!
The following out-of-state travel contests: BMT, HMMT February, and SMT. We are not fielding a team for PUMaC this year. The number of teams we’ll be fielding will vary from contest to contest, and we’ll send out further details for each of them as they approach.
SIMC 10, on a weekend around end of October/beginning of November.
Problem Of The Day in the Discord server, with three problems per week of increasing difficulty and widely varying topics. Come join the server to discuss problems, solutions, and ideas with your peers!
New articles from the Circle will be on the website in a few days, in a more accessible and easy-to-read format.
Regular social events on the Discord server, more details to be announced in the server.

And finally, we would like to announce our ✨ SIMC Day, ✨ currently planned for the whole day on May 26th. More details are to come, so mark your calendars!
More TST information
The [HM/B/S]MT TST submission form is here. The first few pages will ask for information and contest scores, and the answer submission will be on the final page. The test will be emailed to this mailing list (so you must ensure you’ve joined the mailing list if you want to take the TST!) at 4 PM and submissions to the form after 5 PM PST will be ignored. Please fill out the information on the first page before the test begins, so that you don’t have to scramble during the test filling out your information.
