Hope you’ve all gotten through the first month of school safe and sound! SIMC has already gotten the ball rolling on several of our year-long projects such as:
SIMC 10: We're hosting this year's SIMC 10 on October 29th from 2:30pm to 3:45pm PT! We have two in-person locations at Redmond Library and Seattle Public Library and we'll be running it online as well! This is a mock AMC 10, consisting of 25 multiple choice questions, written and testsolved by members of the SIMC student leadership group. Sign up to take the SIMC 10 by October 22nd using this form. More details to come for those who sign up!
Problem of the Day: Join our Discord to discuss three problems every week with other people! These problems are selected from other contests to provide a frequent opportunity to solve math problems with others in our discord.
Weekly SIMC Hangouts: Join us Saturdays at 6pm in the SIMC discord to hang out with the community and play mafia, set, chess, skribbl.io, and more. Hope to see you all there!
