Thaw out with the Kensington Farmers' Market!

Can you feel that? It's winter finally melting into spring! This is a time for beginnings and new growth, and our market is no exception. We have lots of fresh new starts to celebrate this Sunday as spring begins to push it's way back into our world.

The newest vendor on the block is Casa Rosa Farms (more...). Give them a welcome and check out their impressive stock of juicy, healthy beef and lamb grazed on 100% organic pasture.

Spring and summer are barbecue time and that means the annual return of Fat Daddy's BBQ (more...). Their ribs, links, chicken and delicious sides are just the thing to kick out the last bits of winter chill.

Returning once again to our market is Tomatero Organic Farm (more...) with some of the tastiest greens you can find from the fields of our golden state.

Music this week is a double bill, sure to put a spring in your step! Douce Ambiance (more...) brightens our morning with their eclectic tunes played on clarinet, stand up bass, mandolin, and ukulele. Berkeley High's Teen Hot Club ushers in the afternoon playing some amazing Django Reinhardt styled music. You won't want to miss this line up.

We'll see you on Sunday 10am-2pm down at Colusa Circle!

Onward into Spring,
Chris Hall
