Gilgal Volunteers

We love our volunteers!  You assist in our misstion to educate, equip and empower women to embrace a future free of drugs / alcohol utilitzing their potential in a God honoring way through day treatment, counseling, and life skills development.  Lives are changed, families are restored  

Individuals

We are excited to work alongside college interns to provide excellent services to residents.  Gilgal has students from Spelman College, Kennesaw State University, Beulah Heights, Georgia State University, Regent University, and Board Fellows from Emory.

LaKeisha Rowe, a senior at Spelman says of her internship at Gilgal, "My experience at Gilgal has been challenging, yet rewarding.  This opportunity has made me even more sure that post-graduation, I would like to pursue a career in helping women who battle with drug / alcohol addictions"

Groups

Students from Whitefield Academy joined with the women of Gilgal and our decorator, Natalie Saxon, to paint walls, furniture, and assist with moving items..

Natalie's vision to enhance our living spaces has turned out beautifully.  The next time you are at Gilgal, don't forget to get a tour! 

Serve

Volunteers make a difference! 
In the past four months, we have had eight (8) women become employed!  Thank you to our volunteers that assit with Job Readiness and resume preparation!
