Neal Casal

Neal Casal is one of my favorite singer/song writers, and people on this planet. We've done a few shoots together over the many years of our friendship, so he asked if I'd be interested in collaborating on his first official music video. I wanted to do something that was true to who he is. So based on the song, Neal's love for surfing and the California coast, my DP Todd Bell and I drove up to Neal's place in Ventura, Ca and spent a couple days filming. Scott Cronan did an amazing job editing, and the legendary colorist Beau Leon did the telecine. The beautiful woman in the video is dancer/actress Emily Corney. The project was good times, we hope you like it.

Ladies of the Canyons

Steffie Nelson, the new Editor of Pasadena Magazine had me do the latest cover story with beautiful actress, writer, activist Shiva Rose and Model, Performance artist, Singer Ashley Hendra. We shot in the hills near Alta Den -- it's so beautiful up there. The shoot was styled By TAVIN of Echo Park, and Prop Styling By Mary Rose Smyth. Photo Assistants David Uzzardi and Chris Pate.

MIMOSA

I was recently recommended to photograph MIMOSA by his publicist and my friend Sioux Zimmerman at MagnumPR. MIMOSA is a dub step DJ and Producer who is blowing up the dance/electronic scene. Super stoked to work with him, and also realize, he's my Echo Park neighbor!
