MESSAGE FROM FRANCESCA,
CREATIVE PROGRAMMER
JUNE 2012

Hi everyone,

I’m really excited to be sending you this ‘klezmer special’ to fill you in on the great workshops and classes we’ve got coming up in the next weeks and months.

There’s also lots of really inspiring developments at JMI and loads to tell. First of all, my role has changed and I am now Creative Programmer which means lots more involvement in creating a thrilling programme of events. So, if you have ideas that you would like to share for putting on a Jewish music related event or workshop, please do not hesitate to get in touch and perhaps we can discuss things further.

Our new website is also live at www.jmi.org.uk, so if you’re not already subscribed, you can sign up to our monthly newsletter there.

SOAS Klezmer Ensemble will meet again in September but in the meantime, there is LOTS to get involved in so do sign up and come and be a part of our klezmer summer!

I can’t wait to see you all again soon and please do give me a shout and say hi!

Francesca
