HUD has discovered errors in the instructions tab for the FY2012 Continuum of Care Grant Inventory Worksheet (GIW). It should also be noted that a technical modification must be made by HUD to the Rental Assistance Worksheet.  
 
A corrected version of the instructions and Rental Assistance Worksheet will be posted on the HUD HRE, at www.hudhre.info, as soon as possible, but no later than early the week of July 30.  HUD will also email the same corrected material directly to CoC contacts who received the GIWs by Monday July 30. Please refer to the corrected version of the GIW Instructions and Rental Assistance Worksheet when completing your GIW. 
 
NOTE: The worksheet itself, where the current and requested grants are listed, is fully functional and correct and should be used as received.  The corrections only affect the information in the Instructions tab and the Rental Assistance Worksheet.
