2012 Data Design Diabetes Innovation Challenge Winner Announced
StartUp Health is proud to have been a mentor for the 2012 Sanofi DDD Innovation Challenge. Congratulations to this year’s winner, n4a Diabetes Care Center! n4a matches patients exhibiting certain cost patterns and risk profiles with appropriate support and services designed to slow the progression and expenditures of diabetes. Rolling Admissions to StartUp Health Academy - Apply Today to be Considered for Future Class
StartUp Health is still in the process of reviewing Healthcare Transformer applications for our next class. Due to the overwhelming number of applications we have received, we have extended the time frame to make sure we can review all of the applicants. If you haven’t heard from us we are still in the process of reviewing every application thoroughly. Additionally, we have additional classes which will be announced later this year. As always, feel free to reach out to us if you have any updates since you submitted your original application. If you have not yet applied, you can still
