Last year youth spent nearly 10,000 hours at p:ear

Inside p:ear,  those 10,000 hours meant youth had access to positive opportunities and healthy, affirming relationships; things that are lacking when they are outside, camped in doorways, sleeping under bridges or asking for change. A recent report from Portland State University estimates the cost of not providing services to homeless youth to range from $470,000 to $3 million per youth.
