What's Up This Month on RWAHM?

Hello Everyone!

How was your September?

I bet many of you were excited to send the kids back to school! Me? Mine went back in early August. Long story short, they get short summers but more breaks during the school year. As a matter of fact, today is their last day before a 2 week Fall break.

Are you able to get more done during the day now that they are in school? I surely can. I am fortunate that I get a solid 6 hours to work.

There are many, many articles on the Internet about what is great content. But I found a post from Sylviane that I believe really pinpoints the reasons you audience in not engaging and thriving on your blog. It has a lot to do with your bad content.

Lisa from Inspire to Thrive blog brings up a great topic of discussion in asking Is Your Website's Seniority a Major SEO Factor?
This really caught my attention because I always thought it did but now I am wondering does it really? My blog is now 2 years old. I know I rank well for certain keywords but I have to fight for my position all the time. So can a newer blog just come and bump me?
Also, I am thinking of building niche sites. If seniority rules with Google, maybe I need to really get those started.
