Join CHEO Youth Forum!
Youth Forum is group of adolescents who are either current/past patients or siblings of patients at CHEO. They want to make CHEO more youth friendly by having their say in programs, services, policies and the general environment at the hospital. Youth Forum meets one evening per month from September to June. CHEO Launches New Mental Health Website!
There has been increasing demand for mental health services in our community. In response to this, CHEO launched a new mental health website. The site features resources for those dealing with mental health issues such as: videos, information on various conditions and programs offered at CHEO and in the community.

Alex Munter Named Co-Chair of Obesity Panel!
Alex Munter, chief executive officer of CHEO, has been named co-chair of a blue-ribbon provincial panel to tackle childhood obesity. The panel will report to the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care on ways to reduce childhood obesity by 20 per cent in the next five years.
CHEO Releases 2011 Annual Report!
CHEO’s 2011 Annual Report was released this month. The report is titled Where Discoveries Happen Every Day. Catch up on what the CHEO Research Institute has been working on, view the hospital's financials and learn about new programs being offered.
CHEO is almost 40 years old now, and we are asking the community how they’d like to see us grow and evolve. CHEOnext is a process that builds on our strengths, identifies where we want to go as an organization, and maps out how to get there. CHEO has always been marked by a sense of purpose; together, let's define where that sense of purpose will lead us.
