This webinar explores in detail HUD's process for Environmental Justice analysis. Terminology is explained, a broad process is offered, and expectations and goals of public participation and mitigation are presented. Actual projects are combined with illustrative examples to show how HUD considers Environmental Justice within its environmental review process. The intended audience is HUD grantees and staff, but consultants, environmental professionals, and community residents will find informative the issues that define “decent, suitable housing.”
