Q. What inspires you to want to jump for joy?
A. The joy itself is the inspiration, to feel free and put passion and joy forth, I experience the urge to express it.

Q. What was your experience like doing the jumping photos?
A. It put me into "action" mode, that little action, a jump, made me want to use my creative power to make it look good, to put forth, release some of the power and wildness that is caged inside! When this inner door opens, it may flow as passionate expression..

Q. What is/are your greatest passions in life?
A. I love to be wild and free and make love and I love to express it through music, my voice or/and some kind of dance or lets say even wild body moves. I love to feel the ground, nature, my body.. and I love to deeply honour the feelings of my inner self expressing them fully, beautifully, gently, wildly, with all my heart. I love the interconnection of physical movement and music.. music stimulates me to open the door to my inner passion!

Q. What is your driving force in life?
A. Love - in all forms - I choose love.. its both a driving force and inspiration. I like joy, strength and well being, acceptance and heart, we don’t need to be anything else. Acceptance - surrendering to what I like, feel, don’t like, who I am, what I wish and want, what I fear, my wishes - this acceptance and acknowledgment is the act of self love and it becomes inspiration to align with what is truth for ME. Generally its the human heart that inspires me, when one shares some deeper truth.

Q. What is your philosophy in life?
A. I want to live in a way that I fulfill my time here the best I can, to enjoy as much as I can. Less think, more action, action just for sake of doing it.

Q. If you could do anything in the world what would it be?
A. Experience many cool adventures, share love with lovely people wherever I go, practice my art, like every free moment, enjoy and share it with other people, enjoy myself doing everything I like just for the sake of doing and enjoying it... love and care about my body and my family in blood and spirit. Lets love life, lets love people, let that love make us happy and we don’t need any drama. Lets share good dreams.

The first photo of Jan was taken in Arrillas, Greece 2011 and the second two were taken in Teotihuacan, Mexico 2011.

Stop by the JOY! page and post your answer in 10 words or less..

My favorite answer from the
Joy! page this week is from a fellow blogger called
hillarysangel who shared: "Watching whales breaching from a cliff top, galloping uphill, Spring!" ... Sounds beautiful and awe-inspiring and a perfect reason to be joyful ;)

I am excited to do more jumping shoots in Vancouver, please email me at:
info@jumpforjoyphotoproject.com to set up a shoot with me, if you are interested in shoots or have feedback and suggestions about the project.. I would love to hear from you.
