Casad Comparative Law Lecture

Professor H. Patrick Glenn of McGill University will deliver the public lecture “The Cosmopolitan State” at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 14 in 107 Green Hall. The lecture will disprove the idea of a nation state and argue that all states are unique in both populations and laws.
