Sales Tools for Small Business
Whether we love it or hate it, we all need sales skills. The good new is, as a small business we really have the advantage because we can have an initimate knowledge of our customers and if we listen carefully, they will tell us what they want!
This month I have been researching sales tools. The tools you need to set up a sales strategy, measure sales performance, best practices and how sales and marketing need to work together more than ever before. I have tried to keep the resources simple so we do use them. The tools include webinars, websites, books and presentations as well as great software. Here are the best tools I found, enjoy!!
