Vote YES on SQ 766 The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber has joined more than 100 organizations to form a coalition to pass State Question 766, which would permanently exempt intangible personal property from taxation. Items such as patents, licenses, professional goodwill and trade names all have the potential to be taxed if SQ 766 fails to pass. Voting YES on SQ 766 will protect economic development efforts in Oklahoma City and prevent unfair taxation to businesses and individuals. More information.
