News.
There have been several exciting things happen since my last newsletter both as an illustrator and a fine artist.

Earlier this month, I received my copy of
True Vines by Diana Strinati Baur. I love how my illustrations have been used. I originally posted the cover illustration for this novel on my blog
here back in October, just before publication. This novel by Diana is beautifully written and hard to put down. I recommend you get a copy now. It's available in soft copy, kindle & nook from Amazon (uk, com, de...) and direct from gemellipress.com
Continuing about my illustrations, three of my illustrations have now appeared on
The Story Shack, the first one is below. You can see the others on my site on the
illustration page.
More illustration news:
In November, I received an email asking to use an old drawing of mine for Arundel Cathedral's Advent newsletter. The paper newsletter was distributed to the congregation and an online version is now available.
On the fine art side, I now have drawings on display at Bait Muzna Gallery and Al Madinah Gallery, both in Muscat, Oman. Bait Muzna is one of the primary contemporary art galleries in Oman.
Finally, there have been sales: In the autumn
His Brother's Musar went to a buyer in Australia. Then in October
Winter Wadi was sold and went to a new home in Oman. Unfortunately I don't have photos of them hung in their new locations... yet.

... at Ghalya's Museum of Modern Art on their wall painting collaboration project. Photos of the finished mural and opening night are
here. The mural is on view for 1 more month.
Forthcoming events.
Watch out for...
...A whole new year of art and events. Keep updated with all the latest news by liking me on Facebook or following me on Twitter.
The first event is Art 100x100 at Bait Al Zubair, in which I have donated a drawing.

There may also be a solo exhibition next year, which means I need to get back to the drawing board now.
Have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
