Fragrance of the Month: PUMPKIN!

Growing up I always loved the Peanuts characters and comics.  I would like to Welcome the Great Pumpkin! That's right! October is the month of pumpkins, and I have three absolutely incredible fragrances for you as the October Fragrance of the Month.

I introduced Pumpkin Applebutter to you last month.  Combining freshly harvest and pureed pumpkin with a melange of apples, this harvest inspired scent is topped with vanilla, cinnamon, and clove for a completely awesome fall fragrance!

Returning for its second year is customer favorite Pumpkin Chai Tea. Straight from your favorite coffee shop, Pumpkin Chai Tea combines freshly harvested pureed pumpkin, chai tea, and a hearty dose of cinnamon and vanilla.  Take a deep wiff, and let out a good YUUUMMMM!

New this month is Pumpkin Buttercream.  You read right and reacted appropriately.  Sweet, rich pumpkin combined with the rich buttercream of your favorite frosting, Pumpkin Buttercream is almost too good to be true. I'm sure it seems I write this with every newly introduced fragrance, but this is truly one of the best!

All pumpkin fragrances are 10% off throughout the month of October.  For a complete listing of all products available, please see my fragrance of the month section. What are your favorite pumpkin fragrances? I'd love your feedback!
Expanding Product Line

Earlier this year I announced the addition of votives to my product line, and fragrances were added sporadically.  Now, votives are available in all fragrances and in multi-fragrance packs of four.

My votives are 2" h x 1.75" d and fit most standard votive cups.  Always use a votive cup when burning.  When used properly, each votive will burn approximatey fifteen hours.

I've also recently started expanding my selection of fragrance tarts. Fragrance tarts are also available multi-packs of four and can be used in your Scentsy or other commercial wax melter.
About my wax

Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans. After harvesting, the beans are cleaned, cracked, de-hulled, and rolled into flakes. The oil is then extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated. The hydrogenation process converts some of the fatty acids in the oil from unsaturated to saturated. This process dramatically alters the melting point of the oil, making it a solid at room temperature. The leftover bean husks are commonly used as animal feed. The U.S. grows the vast majority of the world's soy beans, primarily in Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana.

While completely renewable, soy does not hold color and fragrance as paraffin wax does. Therefore, my wax is a custom blend of paraffin and soy, bringing the best of both qualities to you!
