Our Reiki Master course at Mabula Game Reserve was another magical healing few days in the company of beautiful people and much laughter. It is so uplifting to share the gift of Reiki in nature; the game drives were wonderful with close up viewing of our four legged friends. Thank you all for the privilege of accompanying you on this exciting journey.
When we embark on our first level of Reiki we learn a technique and for those who allow, the energy takes us on a journey which demands that we become the best that we can be. A journey towards self-mastery…

Moving to Chartwell has been such a blessing, it is so nice to see old faces popping back for treatments and a chat. The Crystal Light Therapy® seems to be the flavour of the month with positive feedback from all. A session on the Crystal bed affects us on so many levels and the experience is different for each individual. Below is a BEFORE and AFTER photo taken at the Casa de Dom Inacio, it gives us an idea of the shifts that happens during a treatment.

Dear Friends, Colleagues and members of the public. Thanks for your concern and assistance during this time.
A tragic near- drowning incident took place yesterday (3 October) at the Pecanwood Estate Pool .
Omphile Mafune age 5 is the granddaughter of Anna Molaudzi, a domestic worker at the Hartley residence on the Estate.
She was resuscitated and taken to Kalafong Hospital by paramedics where she underwent treatment and tests.
Due to the nature of her trauma, she needed to be put into an ICU facility.
These were all full at Kalafong, so the hospital called all Government hospitals in the Johannesburg and Pretoria areas but not one ICU bed could be found for her!
The decision was then taken by Roger Hartley,(Anna’s employer) to move her to the Garden City Clinic, a private hospital, where she is currently under the care of Dr Miles Bartlett, a specialist in this type of trauma. She is in a coma and receiving ice therapy as part of her treatment. The cost of this is presently being shouldered by Roger Hartley as she has no medical aid and her family cannot afford the costs. We are appealing to the public to please donate what they can and assist us in raising funds for her treatment so that she can continue to receive the best care available and save her life!
