Dear Friend,
Wow, it’s hard to believe that November is here already! We have had a brilliantly coloured autumn this year with lots of reds and yellows. It is such a display of God’s handiwork. This year was the most colourful autumn I (Chrysti) have seen since moving here.
On Saturday, Carlisle had their bonfire and fireworks to commemorate Guy Fawkes’ failed Gunpowder Plot in 1605. It’s usually a big event in Carlisle as 35,000 people come from all over the county to see it!
We would love to hear from you so send us a quick email to say what's up, how we could pray for you or just say HI.

Leon's Work
Last month I attended our International IT Committee meetings in Belgium. We crammed in a lot of discussion over 5 days and now have dozens of decisions and actions coming out of the meetings. My plate is now full of work.
One of the major things I have already started to investigate is how Amazon Web Services (AWS) could be used to provide significant monetary savings and provide better IT services for OM. I am really excited to see where my research into AWS leads OM.
One of my desires is to move into a role that stretches my leadership abilities. God is answering that prayer. From Monday I am the Carlisle IT Department leader for 3 weeks while my boss is away on much needed holiday.

Life in Carlisle
While Leon was away at in Belgium, my (Chrysti’s) mum came to visit! It was nice to have her company while Leon was gone. I also think she enjoyed spending time with her grandson, too! We spent time in Carlisle, and one day we took the train to the village of Settle.
The big news in the Hedding household is that Chrysti finally passed her driving test!! Praise God! It was a long journey, filled with lessons from God. It feels so good to have that weight off my shoulders and to be licenced to drive on both sides of the road, in two different countries and for driving a manual transmission!
Our church is getting ready to start home groups after a 3 month pause. As a couple we feel led by God to lead a group in our home. We have spent a few weeks preparing for this and are looking forward to begin leading a group in a few weeks.

According to Asher
I am now eating solids pretty well. I love to give Mummy and Daddy cheeky grins and show off my new tooth! Watch the video of me below dancing to jazz music.
