Important Announcement: in the face of hurricane force winds and historic floods, we at Heritage have an unshakable duty to our farmers, their animals, our abbatoir, and all of our custumers (top chefs and home chefs). This is why we cannot stop our labor even during hard days like these!
Our facilities and offices were affected by the storm, but we fared better than many of our friends (cheesemongers and others). We hope to be completely up and running by tomorrow, but if your shipment was delayed we'll be in touch with you directly.
