What a year of change it's been. This time last year I was writing Rocking Your Role, I think I even had a call with my book coach Mindy on Boxing Day! Now being an author is an integral part of my life and it's wonderful to say that my book has been so well received.
Peter Drucker the Austrian-born American management consultant, educator, and author said
"Follow effective action with quiet reflection. From the quiet reflection will come even more effective action."
So, I am taking his advice. I will be taking some time off to reflect, consolidate and plan for 2013, which I know will be another exciting year of: collaboration, international relationships and most importantly making a positive difference in the lives of others.

New survey for Breadwinners
I wanted to include magnificent men as well as wonderful women in my latest piece of research, so I am looking for men and women to complete a short survey. The findings will be disseminated at my keynote speech taking place at the University of Surrey's Women in Business conference on the 13th March, 2013.

Women's Summit2Success
The Women's Summit2Success took place in November. What a great event, full of inspirational speakers and high calibre participants, if you missed, I have a short video of my talk which was on the 4 Keys to Success for Working Women.
The PRECIOUS Awards
These awards took place at the Waldorf Hotel and I was one of three shortlisted for Mentor of the Year.
The judges advised that this category was close fought and unfortunately I wasn't the victor on this occasion.
It was however a fabulous event and I really appreciate the effort of those who took the time to nominate and support me. I am delighted that I have been shortlisted for two awards this year!
